Background

I attended University of Dayton to study Pre-Medicine, minoring in biology and psychology. After graduating in 2019, I attended medical school for 2 years. At the beginning of my 3rd year, I realized medicine focuses on treating diseases rather than preventing them. While a disappointing realization, I decided to pivot my career and follow my passion of healing the body with food and fitness.

I was accepted at the top nutrition program in the country at Rutgers University, earning my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. I worked as a NASM personal training during this time and am now able to provide an integrative approach to wellness.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

- I was diagnosed with celiac disease at age 21, so I follow a strict gluten free diet

- I have been a pescatarian since I was 11

- In my free time I can be found hiking or spending time with my family
