Background

Madeleine is a registered dietitian with specialized expertise in digestive health, sports nutrition, and eating disorders. She earned her bachelor’s of science in nutrition from Purdue University and completed her post-graduate dietetic practicum at Mount Mary University in Wisconsin.

She is a Board Certified Specialist in Digestive Health  with primary interests in the holistic treatment of IBS and realistic application of  Low FOMDAP diets. She has helped hundreds of individuals with IBS find freedom around food.

Madeleine has a strong focus on sports nutrition and performance. As a marathon runner herself, she is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals fuel effectively, recover well, and train sustainably. She uses a data-driven approach to create highly individualized meal plans, evidence-based supplement recommendations, and nutrition strategies that support both athletic performance and long-term health.

Madeleine has  over five years of experience working with eating disorders as well, with experience working in all levels of eating disorder care. She uses her experience as a digestive health dietitian, and her love for yoga and meditation, to create a well rounded and inclusive approach to nutrition therapy. She applies yoga and Health At Every Size principles to assist clients in cultivating positive relationships with food and their bodies.

Outside of work, Madeleine enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, running, and rock climbing, as well as painting, meditating, and practicing yoga with her pet cat, Toast.
