Background

As a Registered Dietitian, my passion for nutrition is rooted in both professional training and personal experience. My journey began through my own recovery from disordered eating, which led me to study nutrition with the desire to help others find freedom, balance, and peace in their relationship with food.

Today, I specialize in supporting women who feel stuck in cycles of emotional eating, body image struggles, and dieting patterns. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition with Christ-centered principles to help clients move toward healing, confidence, and sustainable change.

Through my More Than Bread Method™, I guide clients in breaking unhealthy patterns, renewing their mindset, rebuilding their nutrition foundation, creating sustainable habits, and achieving lasting freedom with food and their body.

I bring both empathy and clinical expertise to every session, walking alongside clients as they learn to nourish their bodies while also renewing their identity in Christ.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband cooking and baking, working out or dancing, walking our dogs, thrift shopping, and being a part of my church community.

If you’re ready to step away from food guilt and toward freedom, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey. "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” - 1 Corinthians 10:31

My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition while honoring the whole person of body, mind, and spirit. I integrate Christ-centered principles into weekly goals, helping clients move away from fear, guilt, and diet culture and toward freedom, nourishment, and sustainable health.
