As a registered dietitian my passion stems not only from professional training but also from personal experience. My journey began through my own recovery from an eating disorder, which inspired me to study nutrition in order to help others find a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. Today, I’m especially passionate about supporting women in different seasons of life who are seeking compassionate guidance in body confidence, weight management, and healing from disordered eating. I bring both empathy and expertise to guide clients toward food freedom and lasting change.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m most likely with my husband in the kitchen cooking or baking, getting a workout or dance session in, or playing with my dog at the park. I love thrift shopping, journaling, and spending time at church.
If you’re ready to step away from food guilt and toward freedom, I’d be honored to walk with you. "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” - 1 Corinthians 10:31
My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition while honoring the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I integrate Christ-centered principles into weekly goals, helping clients move away from fear, guilt, and diet culture and toward freedom, nourishment, and sustainable health. I do not believe in quick fixes or fad diets. Instead, I create a grace-filled, supportive space that encourages healing at a pace that feels safe and realistic for each individual.
