Hello, my name is Lellieth Keize, but you can call me “Lilly.” I am the owner and founder of Keize Nutrition Keys, LLC. I am a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Certified Weight Management Specialist, and a National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. I hold a Master’s degree in Diabetes Education and Management from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Haven. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Southern Connecticut State University. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Health Sciences, with a focus on integrative and functional nutrition approaches in chronic disease prevention and health promotion.
With over 16 years of clinical and community-based experience, my expertise includes diabetes management and prevention, medical nutrition therapy, renal nutrition, weight management, and digestive health. We also specialize in functional nutrition, which focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health imbalances by exploring the interconnectedness of systems within the body. My approach blends evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with principles of integrative health, emphasizing whole-person wellness that incorporates lifestyle, mindset, and cultural context.
"At Keize Nutrition Keys, I help clients take control of their health through personalized, culturally sensitive nutrition. Whether you're managing diabetes, improving gut health, or simply aiming to feel your best, I guide you in making sustainable changes while still enjoying the foods you love."
