I know what you’re going through. I’ve been there myself and I’ve helped over a thousand adults find lasting peace and balance with food and their bodies. In my practice, I work with adults struggling with chronic dieting, weight and body image concerns, disordered eating, anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder.

In my undergraduate and graduate studies at NYU, I learned all about nutrition and food science but in practice I realized that most of my clients already know how to eat well. Their difficulty isn’t knowing what to do, but rather getting themselves to do it day after day *and* dealing with the crushing shame when they can’t. That’s why I’ve committed myself to continuing my education with a focus on intuitive eating, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, self-compassion, Health at Every Size, and more so I have the therapeutic skills needed to do great work.

I love to dive deep into people’s complex food and body beliefs. Together we will examine and challenge those beliefs so you can finally find emotional peace and make lasting behavior change. We will also get into practical meal planning and education about nutrition and weight science because food should feel easy and enjoyable — not confusing or burdensome. I have a deep library of supportive readings, worksheets, and tools that I like to pull from for homework to make the most of our time together.

In my spare time, you’ll likely find me skateboarding, spending time with friends and family, practicing guitar, cooking new dishes, or seeking out my next adventure, whether that’s snowboarding, mountain biking, scuba diving or something entirely new.
