I knew I wanted to be a dietitian at a young age and help people manage and prevent disease. I received my bachelor's degree at Western Kentucky University and completed my internship through Wellness Workdays in Boston, MA. The past 5 years, I've mostly worked outpatient, helping people with GI disorders, cancer, and healthy eating.
I take a personalized, holistic approach to nutrition, focusing on the whole person—body, mind, and lifestyle—rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. With this approach, I work on meeting people where they are to improve health conditions or support a general healthy lifestyle.
