Kristen Fustos, RD

Hi there! I’m Kristen. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified in Pediatric Nutrition. My first goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible during our sessions because I look at us as a team, and we are working together towards a common goal: to optimize your and your family’s health and nutrition.

I absolutely love all things related to GI and gut health. I follow a functional approach, meaning we work together to find the root cause of your symptoms so we can manage them better without unnecessary medications or supplements. My approach is not just another band-aid fix, but we actually instill habits that will last a lifetime.

I come from a background in community nutrition and clinical nutrition, with my most recent experience working as an outpatient dietitian in a top-ranked children’s hospital. My drive to help patients and families with a more personal approach led me to open my own practice.

Some fun facts about me: I am a Florida girl through and through. Anything below 70 and I’m in winter attire. I love my 2 large dogs and spoil them way too much. I enjoy everything about food and love fitting all foods into a healthy lifestyle to help achieve optimal gut health. Everyone deserves to love food without sacrificing a happy tummy
