Background

Hi! My name is Kiley Keenan and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2024. I have a Masters of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetic Practice. I have been working as a Clinical Dietitian since graduating and obtaining my RDN credentials. On top of my inpatient clinical experience I work one day a week at an outpatient cardiac rehab providing nutrition counseling services to patients. I have grown to love my time working outpatient and am looking to grow as a nutrition counselor helping clients with Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, or individuals that are  just looking to improve overall healthy eating habits. I am passionate about providing a non-diet approach to clients and hope to help my clients foster a positive relationships with food.

I became a Dietitian because I have seen first hand the impact of food on health outcomes. I am eager to help individuals develop healthy relationships with food so they can enjoy life without feeling shame for their diet, or worry about their health. Our lives revolve around food. Whether it be just to function and have energy for the workday, an event or party, vacation, grieving, etc., we are constantly thinking about food. I understand the complexities and barriers one may face to their nutrition goals. I hope to work together with my clients to provide individualized nutrition advice to overcome barriers in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I always say, “you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink”. If you are ready to take the next step and drink the water, I am excited to lead you there!
