My background spans weight management, diabetes and blood glucose control, heart-healthy nutrition, plant-based diets, and advanced medical nutrition therapy—including tube feeding management. But more importantly, I’ve worked one-on-one with hundreds of patients navigating real-life challenges

My goal is to help you build a system that fits your life while improving your health in measurable, meaningful ways with person-centered and individualized nutrition care.
