Background

I started my career as a clinical dietitian in an acute care hospital. This experience led me to believe I could make a larger impact on my patients' lives if I was able to spend more time one-on-one with them. I then transitioned into working in my private practice where I work primarily with folks looking to lose weight, build muscle, and manage their health conditions at the same time. I put a large emphasis on individualization, tracking metrics, and skill-building in my programs. When I am not spending time knee-deep in nutrition literature, I am generally in the gym or with my family.
