My primary focus areas include weight management, digestive health, prenatal/postpartum nutrition and PCOS. I also specialize in helping those with gut health issues, and I am passionate about creating a plan for you that is both nourishing and sustainable.

I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Texas A&M University, and I am a Personal Trainer.

On a personal note, I’m competitive body builder, a proud mom to two girls and a Golden Retriever, named Polly. I also love to read.

My passion for becoming a dietitian was born out of a deep desire to help others live their healthiest lives. After witnessing the profound impact nutrition had on my own health journey, I knew I wanted to make that difference for others.
