I'm Kelly, a Registered Dietitian who helps women struggling with weight loss, insulin resistance, PCOS, and metabolic issues build simple sustainable habits that actually work. My own challenges with weight management, hormonal challenges, and undiagnosed insulin resistance shaped my passion for this work.
