I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, CD) who’s passionate about making nutrition simple, supportive, and realistic. I believe food should feel approachable, not overwhelming, and I love helping people build confidence in their choices. Whether it’s meal planning, reviewing your current diet, or finding small tweaks that fit into everyday life, I focus on strategies that lead to lasting, meaningful changes.

I take a down-to-earth, encouraging approach—meeting you where you’re at and tailoring everything to your unique needs. Together, we’ll set realistic goals around balanced meals, adding protein and fiber, planning ahead, and keeping food enjoyable.
A little about me:
Outside of work, I’m a mom to two young kids who remind me daily of the importance of quick, healthy meals. I love teaching them about food in fun, practical ways, and I bring that same energy into my sessions. When I’m not talking nutrition, you’ll find me exploring Spokane or getting creative with embroidery machine.
