What I love most about this work is getting to know each person’s unique lifestyle, background, and eating habits. Food is personal, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, especially when managing kidney health. I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life find realistic, culturally relevant ways to make the kidney diet work for them.
