Hi, I’m Josh Sisk, a Registered Dietitian who helps people build sustainable habits, improve their health, and reach performance goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition coaching.
I specialize in weight management, sustainable fat loss, metabolic health, blood sugar management, cholesterol support, performance nutrition, and realistic meal planning. I also enjoy working with endurance athletes, strength athletes, CrossFit athletes, and active individuals who want to fuel better, improve body composition, and feel more confident in their routines.
Over the past three years, I’ve supported clients in losing weight, improving lab markers such as A1c and cholesterol, building muscle, reducing body fat, and creating nutrition habits they can maintain long term. My approach is individualized, practical, and focused on helping you make progress without relying on extremes or quick fixes.
I hold a Master’s in Dietetics from Marshall University and a Bachelor’s in Nutrition from West Virginia University. My background includes performance nutrition roles with the University of Colorado Boulder, CrossFit Omnia, and outpatient nutrition counseling, giving me a strong foundation in both sports nutrition and behavior change.
My coaching philosophy is simple: knowledge is power. Together, we’ll map out a clear path to your goals and break it into small, manageable steps. Each session builds on the last, with a focus on creating habits that stick. My goal is to make nutrition feel simple, realistic, and sustainable so you feel confident maintaining your results for life.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up, appreciate my supportive coaching style, and value having clear weekly action steps. Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me trail running, cycling, weightlifting, or enjoying a great cup of coffee.
Ready to take control of your health and build a plan that works for you? Let’s get started.
My approach to MNT is practical, evidence-based, and individualized. I help clients understand how nutrition impacts their health, labs, energy, and performance, then turn that knowledge into realistic habits. Together, we focus on small, sustainable steps that fit real life, support long-term results, and build confidence without rigid rules or quick fixes.
