Hi, I’m Josh Sisk, a Registered Dietitian who helps people build sustainable habits, improve their health, and reach performance goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition coaching.
I specialize in:

- Metabolic health, including blood sugar management and improving labs like A1c and cholesterol
- Performance nutrition for endurance, strength, and CrossFit athletes
- Meal planning and prep strategies that work in real life
Over the 3 years, I’ve helped more than 70 clients lose 20+ pounds and keep it off, supported 50+ clients in improving lab values like cholesterol and A1c, and guided over 100 individuals in building muscle and reducing fat—all through tailored, habit-based coaching.
I hold a Master’s in Dietetics from Marshall University and a Bachelor's in Nutrition from West Virginia University. My background includes performance nutrition roles at the University of Colorado-Boulder, CrossFit Omnia, and outpatient counseling – giving me a strong foundation in sports nutrition and behavior change.
