Jody Mealey, RD

I am a registered, licensed dietitian with over 25 years experience. I attended The Ohio State University and I have a B.S. in General Dietetics. My dietetic internship was completed at The Family Health Council, Inc. based in Pittsburgh, PA. I am passionate about helping others and believe there is a way to connect health, wellness and overall wellbeing. Clients are encouraged to participate in their care. It should be a partnership in order to get the best possible outcome(s). I spend my free time staying very busy. I love to travel, spend time with my family and friends and I love being outdoors. I do try to practice what I educate on as well. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle by being mindful of choices that are made that will ultimately affect overall health.
