Background

As a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN), I am dedicated to providing evidence-based, individualized nutrition counseling that empowers clients to make meaningful and lasting changes. My professional philosophy is rooted in the belief that clients gain most from shared commitment-while I provide expertise, guidance, and structured strategies, clients contribute by applying these recommendations and investing effort toward their goals.

I recognize that effective nutrition counseling begins with understanding the whole person. For this reason, I make it a priority to learn about each clients's lifestyle, challenges, and aspirations, tailoring recommendations that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with their unique needs. At the same time, I value clients getting to know me, as the therapeutic relationship is strengthened by mutual trust and understanding.

Family is a central part of who I am.I come from large, close-knit family that includes adult children and their families, grand-daughters, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews. My family has shaped both my personal values and my professional outlook, reinforcing the importance of connection, support and resilience. These experiences influence the way I approach my work, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level while maintaining the professionalism and structure needed to guide their progress.

Areas of Specialization

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients across a wide range of needs and goals. My areas of specialization include:

Chronic disease prevention and management-providing tailored nutrition guidance for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension.

General wellness and preventive care-empowering clients to build healthier habits for long-term vitality and well being.

In every interaction, I bring not only clinical expertise but also dedication, compassion, and a strong sense of drive. My ultimate goal is to equip clients with the knowledge, confidence, and tools necessary to improve their health and well-being--bth now and in the long term.
