I aim to provide personalized nutrition guidance that fits into everyday life, so clients leave each session with practical strategies they feel confident implementing. My primary focus areas include weight management, metabolic health (ex. DM, HTN, HLD), meal planning, geriatric nutrition, oncology, liver/kidney disease, stroke, and autoimmune. I work closely with each client to create a customized plan that respects their preferences and works toward their unique health goals. With experience in diverse healthcare settings, including long-term care and acute hospital setting, I bring a well-rounded approach to each client relationship. I hold a master degree in dietetics from Hunter College, with four dietetic experiences in clinical, focused practice, food service, and community nutrition. Currently working at NYC Health Hospital as an inpatient clinical dietitian. My passion for helping others, combined with my commitment to ongoing learning, helps me stay current in a dynamic field, ensuring clients receive the best, most up-to-date care. Fun-fact: I can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. I love experimenting with baking recipes. My journey as a dietitian began with a simple desire to help others improve their health.
