Hello! My name is Jessica Holley (she/her), and I am a Registered Dietitian based in Massachusetts. I provide compassionate, weight-inclusive nutrition counseling with a special focus on LGBTQIA+ health, gender-affirming care, intuitive eating, and helping individuals build a positive and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
My interest in nutrition began as a high school athlete looking to better understand how to fuel my body and support my performance. That curiosity grew into a passion, and ultimately a career. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and have called Western Massachusetts my home ever since.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of individuals. I spent three years in an inpatient setting rotating through specialties including oncology, pediatrics, and geriatrics. I then transitioned into an outpatient setting where I work closely with children, adolescents and adults navigating various nutrition related concerns including eating disorders and disordered eating, body image challenges, PCOS, hypertension, picky eating, and overall health and wellness.
I understand the importance of receiving healthcare that feels affirming, inclusive, and respectful of your identity. I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, body sizes, and backgrounds can explore their nutrition goals without judgment. Whether you are seeking support during a gender-affirming journey, working to heal your relationship with food, or simply looking for individualized nutrition guidance, I strive to meet you where you are and collaborate with you in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
My approach is rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, and mindfulness-based practices. I believe health is multifaceted and that nutrition care should focus on supporting overall well-being rather than pursuing a specific weight. Together, we can work toward building habits that support your physical health, mental well-being, and quality of life.
Outside of work, I am an avid runner and enjoy spending time with friends and family—including my cat Rex!
Making change can be challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I have a passion for helping clients cultivate a positive relationship with food, health, and body image using intuitive eating and other mindfulness practices. I work with clients of all ages, with a special focus on adolescents and adults.
