Background

I’ve always loved helping people, and particularly, helping people find wellness solutions to help them feel better and more empowered about their self-care. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 20 years, I have worked with a variety of people to achieve their health goals. Whether it’s increasing fiber intake and activity levels or improving blood sugar and sleep, my approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and practical solutions. 

My wellness approach is holistic, working with the whole person such as lifestyle, physical activity, sleep, and stress. As your coach, I will be your resource and your guide to help set goals that align with your values, desires, and priorities. Essentially, I will help bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. 

Over the past few years, my personal interest in perimenopause, postmenopause, brain health, and Alzheimer’s (the disease and the prevention of) have increased significantly. This interest led me to obtain my Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification in 2025. I am passionate about this topic and being a reputable resource for women who are confused and searching for answers. 

A little bit about me….I love being outside and participating in sports. My favorites include running, hiking, skiing (water and snow), and soccer (although I haven’t played competitively for a few years). I’m also playing more tennis and pickleball these days (yes, both, even though there seems to be some controversy about playing both!). I have a fun family that keeps me busy and a dog that is mostly lazy, but does enjoy his walks.
