I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator with 20 years of experience helping people reach and maintain their health goals. I have a Masters in Health Science and I received my CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) in 2022.
I have lived in Washington state for 10+ years and grew up in the Northeast. I love getting outdoors to hike or ski and I love spending time with my family and pets in my spare time.
