Hello Everyone! I'm a Functional Nutrition Dietitian. In other words, I help people with chronic illness get to the root cause of their symptoms- so they can live a high quality, comfortable life.

I received my Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1999 from Florida State University. For many years I worked at Miami Children's hospital as a Pediatric Registered Dietitian, specializing in newborn metabolic disorders, as well as ketogenic diet for patients with seizures.

Today my practice's approach is designed around the concept of using food as medicine. Functional nutrition is rooted in "understanding" and I dive deep into my clients history and lab results to provide the best possible guidance and nutritional plan.
