Welcome—I’m Hiral Patel, RD, a Registered Dietitian supporting both pediatric and adult clients. My clinical background includes working extensively with individuals with physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities, which has shaped my personalized, compassionate, and practical approach to nutrition care.
In our sessions, you can expect individualized nutrition guidance that meets you where you are. Together, we’ll focus on realistic strategies, sustainable habits, and evidence-based recommendations to support your health goals—without rigid rules or diet culture. My goal is to help you build confidence around food, improve overall well-being, and create habits that truly fit your lifestyle.
My passion for nutrition began in high school, where I saw firsthand how food choices could meaningfully impact the health and quality of life of family members and friends. That experience sparked my commitment to helping others feel their best through thoughtful, balanced nutrition.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new cuisines and traveling, which continually deepens my appreciation for the cultural, social, and emotional role food plays in our lives. This perspective allows me to take a holistic approach to nutrition counseling—addressing not just what you eat, but how food fits into your daily life.
Fun fact: I played soccer for many years and remain a devoted fan of the U.S. Women’s National Team. While I’ve stepped away from competitive play, movement and fitness are still an important part of my life.
