Heidi O'Brien, RD

After completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas, and earning my masters at Rush University Medical Center, I have gained experience in a multitude of healthcare and sports nutrition settings to assist patients in meeting nutrition and health focused goals. In my free time, I enjoy attending workout classes, spending time with friends, reading, and trying new recipes!
