Fabiana Lahmon, RD

Hi, I’m Fabi, a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from Cal State LA. I believe that nutrition is deeply personal, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based. I'm originally from Brazil and provide therapy in both English and Portuguese.

Outside of work, I love spending time at the beach, exercising, practicing yoga, enjoying family life, and discovering new places through travel.
