Erin Ryan, RD

I am a Registered Dietitian with my Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from Virginia Tech, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science and Minors in Sports Science, and Health, Medicine and Human Values from North Carolina State University. I began my sports journey as a swimmer and continued through my collegiate career. I love to travel, workout, and hang out with friends

I have worked with children, collegiate and professional athletes throughout my career and I am excited to utilize my skills to continue helping people. My goal is to use my passion and knowledge of nutrition and exercise for the positive impact on my clients with performance in and out of activity.
