• Chronic Disease Management: Assisting in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, sickle cell anemia, obesity, gastrointestinal disorders, and high blood pressure through dietary modifications.

• Holistic Wellness: Empowering women to achieve overall well-being by providing personalized nutrition plans and lifestyle guidance.

I am a Registered Dietitian with 20 years  years of experience. I earned Master’s degree from University of North Florida. I am also a certified birth doula. I am passionate about using evidence-based nutrition in a holistic way to help women  achieve their health goals.

When I'm not helping clients, you can find me at the beach, I’m a true Florida girl! If I’m not at the beach, typically I’m hanging  out with my family.  Some days you can find me at the park birdwatching or at home spending time experimenting in the kitchen. I believe that pausing, finding the joy in each day, and prioritizing emotional health is key to overall well-being.
