Thank you for stopping by! I am a Registered Dietitian, health and wellness coach, and fitness junkie who enjoys coaching others on their health and wellness journeys. 

My approach is to take the whole person into account, not only food or exercise. You can expect me to ask how you're doing with stress management and sleep, as well, for example. 

I will approach our time together in a structured yet informal way, connecting with you as a unique individual. My goal is to listen well and learn from you, as you know yourself best. 

I have a gentle demeanor and quiet presence. I listen well and give time for processing. We will work together towards your vision for your health and wellbeing!

Outside of my Registered Dietitian, health coach role, you can find me busy with my 3 kids (2 boys, 1 girl) and 2 big dogs. I can also be found in a boxing gym (you'd never guess it, I know), lifting weights, spinning, rowing, practicing Muay Thai or hiking!
