Hi, I’m Liz! It’s so nice to meet you. I originally became a dietitian because I saw far too many of my fellow triathletes skipping lunch, running for two hours at track practice and then eating PB&J for dinner. Then I started going through my own fertility struggles and realized endurance athletes aren’t the only ones who overthink and under-nourish.

Couples trying to conceive can get caught in this trap, too. There’s a lot of conflicting information about how to eat for fertility. Overwhelming doesn’t even begin to describe it. That’s why I want to be a source of sound advice; the person who says, “There’s an easier way to eat for your goals.”

I’ve done all the studying for you and continue to read the most recent nutrition research. My approach is backed by science, but delivered with humanity.

I want you to feel:

• Empowered with the education and tools that make change feel possible – not paralyzing

• Clarity throughout the entire process

I was born and raised in Virginia (Go Hokies!). After high school, I moved around like a gypsy, eventually settling in New Jersey. I love the change of seasons, a strong cup of coffee and a well-fitting Anthropologie dress. Aside from being a registered dietitian, I’m also a former triathlete, NASM-certified personal trainer, Certified Orangetheory Fitness Coach and fertility warrior. I live with my handsome husband and two intriguing orange cats, Macaroni and Cheese. When I’m not talking about food, fitness or fertility, I’m probably watching sports or a movie with my favorite people.
