Eliza is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She received a Master’s degree in Public Health and Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health and completed her dietetics training through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Coordinated RD program. Eliza has experience providing nutrition care in a variety of settings, including eating disorder treatment, group practice, and long term care. Eliza practices from a non-diet, weight-neutral approach, caring for the whole person. She is passionate about empowering her clients to pursue health in a balanced and practical way. Eliza incorporates intuitive eating philosophies into her work and puts an emphasis on reconnecting clients to their body’s natural signaling. Her style can be described as encouraging and approachable. In her spare time, Eliza enjoys singing, exploring new recipes, and getting outside.
