Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m a registered dietitian with several years of experience and advanced training in nutrition planning from Harvard Medical School and the Institute of Functional Medicine. These programs taught me to view the body holistically and focus on uncovering the root causes of health issues.
Fun facts about me: In my free time I like to watch movies with my husband, pet my parent’s german shepherd, and make yummy drinks like coffee and matcha. I was in track, swim and marching band (Clarinet & Baritone) in high school. In college, I joined the triathlon club and during my first swim, I almost called a canoe to come get me because I found out I’m afraid of open water (thankfully I did manage to finish the whole race)! I value my Christian faith, family, friends, and pets.
My journey began in high school when I struggled with GI issues like bloating, abdominal pain, and constipation, along with body dysmorphia and disordered eating. I often found myself in binge-starve cycles, downloading and deleting weight loss apps in search of a solution. Through my undergraduate education, I discovered that the best diet is no diet! Intuitive eating and learning to embrace my body has been a transformative journey. Today, I’m happy to say I’ve found peace with who I am, how I look, and what I eat.
I became a dietitian to help others find that same peace—to build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and feel confident in their own bodies.
"My sessions are warm, judgment-free spaces for clients to share their experiences with food and life. Together, we’ll explore how diet and exercise interplay with your work, relationships, mental health, sleep, and habits to shape your overall well-being. With advanced training in nutrition planning from Harvard Medical School and the Institute of Functional Medicine, along with a background in disordered eating recovery, I hope to provide personalized, compassionate nutrition care."
