Background
Hi there! Nutrition is my passion, and I love helping clients discover how to feel well and optimize their health. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh, and my Master's degree in Nutrition at Bastyr University. I have worked in both integrative and conventional medicine, and I like to say I bridge the gap between both of these modalities.
I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and also am an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP).
I consider myself a lifelong learner, and I'm always looking for new ways to educate myself on emerging science in the field of nutrition.
