Dania Brener, RD

Dania Brener, MS, RD, LDN is the founder of Balance Nutrition by Dania, where she offers personalized, evidence-based nutrition coaching to help clients feel their best—physically and emotionally. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University. Dania completed 1,200 hours of supervised clinical training through NYU and has extensive experience in private practice, counseling clients with a wide range of health and behavioral concerns.

Her areas of specialization include Fertility Nutrition, PCOS, Irregular Menstrual Cycles, Menopause, Eating Disorders, Diabetes, Gut Health, Chronic Conditions, and Weight Management. Dania’s approach is warm, holistic and science backed. She focuses on uncovering root causes and building sustainable, nourishing habits that empower long-term health.

Clients can expect one-on-one sessions tailored to their goals and lifestyle, including personalized meal plans, grocery lists, InBody body composition scans, supplement guidance (if needed), and ongoing support. Dania avoids restrictive diets and instead teaches clients how to build a healthy, balanced relationship with food while addressing key pillars like nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress, and movement.
