Background

My name is Dalynn. I am a registered and licensed dietitian (RD, LDN) with a Master's Degree in Professional Studies of Nutrition Sciences (MPS). My heart and drive in nutrition is sharing that food is so much more than nutrients, its comfort, culture, and social. These are key concepts in reaching goals and maintaining a healthy relationship with food, whether it is weight loss, women's health, or feeding therapy for kids.

I am a mother of two daughters. They are my inspiration everyday to follow my heart and help others.

Here are some ways I can help you:

- Meal planning

- Intuitive eating

- Accountability

- Motivational interviewing

- FODMAP

- Elimination diet

- Relationship with food

- Mind-Body Connection

- Sleep

- Exercise

- Lab Testing

- Non-diet approach

- Health at every size (HAES)

- Supplement management

- Personalized macros

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

I look forward to meeting you!
