Hi! I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) licensed in the state of Massachusetts. My journey in the field of nutrition began with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Arizona, where I developed a strong foundation in the science of food and human health. From there, I pursued my Master’s degree in Nutrition at Northeastern University.
I’m passionate about helping people create a healthier relationship with food, one that supports both physical well-being and a positive mindset. Whether you’re looking to lose weight or simply feel better in your everyday life, I’m here to provide guidance rooted in evidence-based practices, not trends or quick fixes.
