Background

Hi, I’m Clare Parme Miller, MS, RD, CDN, and I’m here to make nutrition feel a whole lot simpler—and a lot less stressful. My approach is collaborative, realistic, and rooted in the belief that health shouldn’t feel like a full-time job. In our sessions, you can expect a supportive space where your lifestyle, preferences, and goals are front and center. I’ll help you untangle the confusing messages out there and build sustainable habits that actually work for your life.

I specialize in helping busy professionals who are juggling demanding careers and personal lives but want to feel better in their bodies. Whether you’re dealing with a medical diagnosis, low energy, digestive issues, or simply feeling stuck in a cycle of trying all the things and not getting results, I’m here to help you find clarity and build a personalized approach that’s doable.

Before becoming a dietitian, I spent over a decade working as a professional actress and comedian, so yes, I’m no stranger to performing under pressure or working unconventional hours (hello, night shoots and matinees). My background helps me bring creativity, empathy, and a bit of levity to my work.

I earned my Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Hunter College and have experience in clinical, counseling, and community nutrition settings. I stay up-to-date on the latest evidence so I can give you recommendations that are both scientifically sound and human-centered.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a yoga mat, planning my next travel escape, catching a new play, or sipping something delicious in one of NYC’s coziest cocktail bars. I believe that living well includes joy, flexibility, and the occasional glass of wine.

I became a dietitian because I learned firsthand how much nutrition and healthy habits can impact performance. I love helping clients to feel their best and prioritize their health to allow them to show up better in their lives.
