My interest in food and nutrition began in high school, but my passion for being an RDN emerged from my own gut health struggles. For over a decade, no doctor could diagnose what was truly wrong. After investing significant time and money, I finally found answers and began healing my gut. The key was implementing sustainable changes that allowed me to enjoy life, both at home and while exploring the world.
