Cathy Tillery is a Director of Performance Nutrition, an Assistant Professor of Nutrition, and a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. With over 25 years of experience, she is confident working across all areas of nutrition.
Cathy earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Georgia, completed her Dietetic Internship at Vanderbilt University, and holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University.
Grounded in empathy, compassion, and evidence-based practice, Cathy takes a lifestyle-focused approach that empowers clients to fuel smart, recover well, and build lasting confidence around food. She values collaboration and open communication to foster a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
