Hey there! My name is Cassidy, or Cass for short. I received my Master's degree in Nutrition Education from Marshall University while working as a sous chef for a local, authentic Italian restaurant. My passion for nutrition and cooking started at a young age from watching Food Network and learning to read nutrition labels at the grocery store with my mom. Being a nurse's daughter, I knew I wanted to grow up to help people, just like she did. Waking up and not enjoying work was something I never wanted to experience, so I began my education and career path in Dietetics and have never looked back! Currently, I work full-time as a Clinical Dietitian at a hospital but started to yearn for 1:1 interactions with clients and making deeper connections. Now, I can enjoy both sides of my career and continue to learn each and every day with a wide range of experiences and people!
