I am here alongside you as the work is put in towards dismantling diet culture, breaking food rules and challenging the body shame game. As a certified eating disorder specialist, I am alongside clients in challenging and diminishing the eating disorder voice with nutrition facts, science, and nuance. As someone who spent over 15 years in the world of figure skating, I have a passion for sports nutrition, eating disorders and taking down diet cultures hold on athletes and non-athletes alike.
