I’m a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition and 15 years of experience helping people improve their health. I’m also a working mom of two, so I understand how challenging it can be to balance work, kids, family responsibilities, exercise, and preparing healthy meals.
I especially enjoy supporting people who feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice or frustrated that “doing everything right” still isn’t producing results. My experience includes weight management, diabetes, kidney health, heart health, women’s health, and other complex medical concerns.
I’ll help you better understand what your body needs and find realistic ways to put that knowledge into practice. Together, we can develop strategies for meal planning, grocery shopping, family meals, eating on busy days, and fueling your body for exercise. We’ll also look for realistic ways to include movement in your routine — even when time and energy are limited. My goal is to help you build healthy habits that work in your real life without guilt, judgment, or an all-or-nothing plan.
I take a personalized, holistic approach to nutrition, treating food as medicine to support healing and vitality. By emphasizing whole foods, I aim to improve physical and mental health through gut health, hormonal balance, and metabolism, regardless of medical issues. I tailor strategies to your lifestyle and preferences, creating practical, sustainable meal plans. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for honest discussions and work with you to align strategies with your long-term health goals.
