Focus Areas: My practice is centered around sustainable metabolic health with a focus on women’s hormonal balance, natural weight management, and food relationship logic. I use a proprietary, whole-body framework to help you optimize your physiology without restrictive dieting

Credentials: I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University. With nearly a decade of experience in patient care, I've honed my skills in translating complex nutritional concepts into actionable steps and I'm honored to have many long-time clients who are thriving.

Outside of work, you'll often find me dancing, getting lost in the latest research, and spending time with loved ones. Most importantly, my dog Luna, is my best nutrition client and she keeps me active! I have a special place in my heart for Romania, where I love to travel and reconnect with my family.
