Hi, my name is Callie! I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women's health, hormone balance, and metabolism. I've been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years with experience in a variety of settings. I've worked in women's health and private practice the last eight years, helping women achieve hormone balance, increased energy, and improved body composition. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Idaho State University where I was also a student-athlete for cross-country and track. I then completed my internship and Master's Degree from Western Carolina University. I'm a mom of two boys, two dogs, and two cats, wife, recreational athlete, and outdoor-enthusiast. I love running, lifting weights, camping with my family, paddle boarding, cooking, and reading in my spare time!
