Hi, I’m Caleb Wilson, a registered dietitian with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with food in a way that feels empowering, compassionate, and realistic. In our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental space where we work together to explore your goals, address challenges, and build sustainable habits—without guilt or rigid rules. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and respect for your lived experience.
I specialize in counseling for individuals navigating chronic conditions, weight-loss, pregnancy & postpartum, and pediatrics. I often work with clients who have felt overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition messages or discouraged by previous dieting experiences. Together, we’ll shift the focus from restriction to nourishment, from all-or-nothing thinking to progress over perfection.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (Dietetics) from Arizona State University in 2016 and have been a registered dietitian for over five years. I’ve worked in clinical care, public health, and as a WIC Program Director, which gave me a strong foundation in nutrition across the lifespan. I now run a private practice where I blend evidence-based guidance with motivational interviewing and coaching to meet clients where they are.
Outside of work, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, hiking Arizona’s desert trails, or enjoying music. I love sharing food traditions, learning from different cultures, and finding joy in small, everyday rituals.
I became a dietitian because I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition can either feel like a source of stress or a powerful form of self-care. I’m here to help you make peace with food, feel confident in your choices, and discover what well-being looks like for you—not what diet culture says it should be.
