I am a spring loving, college football fanatic, traveler, and dog mom to my precious 5 year old Goldendoodle, Knox. I am a Texas girl at heart with a Southern Charm twist.

As a Registered Dietitian I am committed to helping your family and little ones become more in touch with your health. My mission is to provide research based, individual care to families and their loved ones. I promote intuitive eating, body positivity, and above all nourishment at every life stage with my clients.

With a primary background working with Adolescent and children feeding and eating disorders. I am passionate about spreading awareness in the community. I ensure each therapy/counseling session is specifically individualized and tailored to your needs. I am passionate about helping my clients work on food exposure, healthy weight trends, food relationships, hunger/fullness cues, body dysmorphia, supplement management, and so much more.
