As a Registered Dietitian with over 16 years of experience, I help individuals and families build healthier lifestyles—free from judgment, confusion, and one-size-fits-all solutions. In our sessions, you can expect to walk away with a clearer understanding of your nutrition needs, renewed excitement and motivation, and simple, practical action steps that fit your life.
My areas of focus include food allergies and sensitivities, autoimmune conditions, weight management, recipes and cooking, and family/pediatric nutrition—including picky eating, feeding challenges, and growth concerns. If you're looking for support that’s compassionate, personalized, and grounded in both science and real life, we’ll be a great fit!
I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition & Health Promotion from Simmons University and completed my dietetic internship at Syracuse University. I’ve spent my career working in clinical settings, education, and private practice, and I bring that wide-ranging experience to each client I support.
I'm also a mom of three, an avid reader, a hiking enthusiast, and a lover of animals and nutrition research. I became a Dietitian because I believe food is one of the most powerful tools we have to feel amazing, prevent disease, and live full, vibrant lives. Through my private practice, I'm able to create space for meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients, where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to make changes that last.
