Background

As a registered dietitian, I take a client-centered approach to nutrition, helping individuals build sustainable, healthy habits that fit their unique lifestyles. My goal is to make nutrition simple, approachable, and enjoyable—no restrictive diets, just real strategies that lead to lasting results.

I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in dietetics from Texas Christian University and have completed over 1,200 internship hours across various scopes of nutrition. My experience allows me to provide evidence-based guidance tailored to each client’s needs, whether it’s weight management, mindful eating, or meal planning.

I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating a healthy lifestyle. I’ve had my own struggles with food and have worked to take my power back, learning what truly works for me. I believe that progress is better than perfection, and through my own successful, natural weight loss journey, I’ve gained insight into what it takes to build sustainable habits.

Outside of nutrition, I love to dance, read, cook, and spend time with friends. I look forward to helping you on your journey to better health, providing the knowledge, encouragement, and accountability you need to succeed!
