I am also a certified Women's Fitness Specialist through NASM and a Fertility Dietitian Specialist through Nutrition Plus. Over the years, I have basically "been there, done that" regarding any health trends within the nutrition and fitness industry. In 2010, I became a certified fitness fanatic. I started learning about performance nutrition and how it can help individuals perform better in sports or the gym. I also became a certified RKC Kettlebell Coach. in 2017. Throughout my personal and professional journey, I became more interested in learning about preventative and empowering healthcare through nutrition and finding a balance that reflects a philosophy of nutrition for life.
