Over the past ten years, I have been helping families and women explore foods through play-based exposure, sensory exploration, and family-style meals to foster a sense of agency and adventure. I am dedicated to using motivational interviewing to help families and women break down barriers to healthy eating, and I tailor care to meet each person’s cultural, emotional, and practical needs—including specialized support in women’s health from adolescence through menopause. In my personal time, I enjoy gardening, kayaking, hiking, and cooking outside with my family. I became a registered dietitian because of my passion for food, science, and wellness, and I continue to be inspired by the belief that nutrition is a powerful tool for prevention, healing, and empowerment, especially regarding the unique needs of women throughout the life cycle.
"As a registered dietitian specializing in child, family, and women’s health, my approach is rooted in intuitive eating and a non-diet, Health at Every Size® philosophy. I support families and women in creating joyful, relaxed food environments where everyone feels safe and supported. My goal is to nurture lifelong positive relationships with food, where mealtimes foster connection, self-trust, and curiosity without shame or restriction. "
