Background
My name is Beatriz, I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS)with the iaedp Foundation; International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. I help guide my adolescent and adult clients to improve their relationship with food with an approach centered on empathy and empowerment. Coordinating care with physicians and psychologists in the community, I recognize it takes a team to provide optimal outcomes for recovery.
As a Clinical Dietitian, I also work with Prediabetes, PCOS and weight management helping individuals make positive nutrition changes to enhance health. Over the years as an RD, I have developed a passion for helping my clients achieve their nutrition goals.
I am an avid cook and strive to inspire clients to get in the kitchen and create healthy meals. Based in Miami, I am fluent in Spanish and English.
